Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role, overseeing the end-to-end supply chain function to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing and optimising the supply chain to endure OTIF
* Developing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
* Implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency
* Forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring product availability
* Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance
* Leading and developing a small team
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally in a trading, wholesale or distribution environment
* Excellent negotiation, organisational and analytical skills
* A hands on, can-do approach with strong problem solving abilities
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Experience with supply chain software and systems
