We have an opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Chief Operating Office, initially focused on a major transformation Programme.
About the role:
Initially delivering a major, multi‑year transformation transitioning outsourced administration and servicing back into Royal London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end to end delivery of RL's most complex and critical programmes
* Lead large cross-functional change teams, including 3rd parties
* Manage schedules, dependencies, resources
* Identify and mitigate risks and issues
* Oversee budgets and financial performance
* Ensure operational risk compliance
* Manage stakeholders including Executives
* Integrate programme outcomes into BAU
About you
* Extensive experience of multi-year programme delivery involving complex technology and business landscales.
* Expert in planning, scheduling and risk management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
* Knowledge of Consumer Duty requirements.
* Budget responsibility in the region of £10-£20m
* Proved leadership experience, including people leadership and development
* Flexibility, tenacity, independence.
* Strong self-development mindset.
