Join to apply for the Senior Support Worker role at Creative Support located in Greater Manchester. Up to £13.45 per hour. Full‑time or part‑time positions.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support to service users with diverse needs, including autistic spectrum conditions and learning disabilities.
* Develop and implement creative, empathic approaches to overcome challenges.
* Manage rotas and oversee staff supervisions.
* Coordinate and ensure completion of staff training.
* Maintain accurate records for invoicing and service user documentation.
* Collaborate professionally with families and other professionals.
Qualifications
* Warm, motivated and energetic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* In‑depth understanding of Autism and a commitment to supporting staff in this environment.
* Represent the organisation positively with a professional approach.
* Highly organised with an interest in management responsibilities.
* Previous experience in a support worker role.
* NVQ/QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 or 3 (required).
