**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage costs and ensure compliance with required standards and quality
* Analyse and appraise estimates and tenders
* Prepare activity schedules and resource schedules
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or similar technical qualification
* Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) membership
* CSCS card
**Preferred Skills:**
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
