The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private family matters, including:
• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy matters
• Private children disputes
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre and post nuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse matters
You will also have the opportunity to assist senior colleagues on more complex matters and play an active role in business development and networking activities.
The Candidate
• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Family Law up to a more senior level
• Experience managing a private family caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercially aware and keen to contribute to the growth of the department
• A team player with a proactive approach
