Location: Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre

Grade: Level 6

Salary: £28,598 - £31,022 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

The Role

The role of the Estates Officer is to provide an efficient, effective and responsive tenancy and estate management services on a range of housing management issues within a designated work area, in line with agreed policies and priorities of the council.


Key Responsibilities

* Support and advise Housing Manage staff on estate management and environmental issues in the designated area
* Carry out regular building inspections in communal areas, ensuring compliance with fire safety and health and safety regulations
* Undertake general grounds maintenance and minor repairs
* Maintain estate environments including paths, car parks
