Regional Clinical Support Nurse

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Clinical Support Nurse to join Healthcare Homes Group. This role will mainly be supporting with homes in the Norfolk and Suffolk regions however the successful candidate must be willing to travel and stay away as per business requirements.
The successful applicant must be NMC registered and have a caring nature, patience and a passion for providing excellence in care. Experience in supporting and providing clinical audits is essential, as well as offering clinical guidance and leadership where required. Previous experience of working in a care home is essential.
Your role will include regular monitoring visits to the homes, completing clinical audits in conjunctions with the Regional Managers monthly monitoring visits. You will be providing support and guidance with action plans, support homes with issues of clinical governance as they arise. Offer advice and guidance to nursing staff in conjunction with the Home Manager to carry out complex nursing care and provide guidance and coaching in all areas of clinical service. This role will also involve developing good relationships with appropriate local external bodies including the Local Authority and CCG. Conducting investigations of accidents/incidents where required, you will report to the Home Manager all clinical matters that effect the management of the Home
