Group Finance Manager
A rapidly expanding international hospitality group is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join its London-based head office. The business operates across multiple European markets and is listed on a major UK exchange, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare, review, and analyze weekly and monthly management reports
2. Draft financial commentary for senior leadership and banking partners
3. Support operational managers in understanding financial performance and forecasts
4. Co-ordinate and manage the annual budget process
5. Improve the format and content of management reports, including KPIs
6. Prepare financial information for operational performance reviews
7. Contribute to business plans and feasibility studies for new acquisitions
8. Monitor and control revenues and costs across the group
9. Lead or assist with ad-hoc finance projects
10. Enhance processes and policies to improve financial control
11. Manage group consolidation and financial statements under IFRS
12. Oversee month-end processes, journal postings, and reconciliations
13. Present monthly results to senior executives
Skills & Experience
14. Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
15. At least 5 years post-qualification experience
16. 10+ years in Accounting & Finance roles
17. Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
18. Expertise in cashflow forecasting and management accounts
19. Experience with group consolidations and IFRS
20. Proficiency with financial systems (experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous)
