We're hiring for a fantastic Cover Supervisor role in a fantastic Secondary school based in Welwyn Garden City.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons to KS1 students.
* Plan, prepare, and mark classwork in line with the curriculum.
* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in a primary setting.
Skills:
* Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Adaptability and problem-solving ability.
Educational requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) required.
Pay and Start Date:
Pay rate: £140 - £200 per day.
Immediate start.
