With easy access to the M25 and M1, plus street parking available, your commute will be hassle-free. Our beautiful grounds feature a spacious garden, perfect for outdoor learning and play.
This role offers 40 hours per week with flexible shift patterns between our operating hours of 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Please note, we operate all year round, so this is not a term-time only position. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.

About the Nursery Practitioner Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Assist management in providing the highest standard of compliance, care, and education for children.
* Work closely with the Room Leader and other staff to ensure a smooth daily routine.
* Contribute ideas to planning, ensuring children receive high-quality learning and development.
* Liaise with nursery staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
* Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures.
* Meet health and safety and environmental health requirements.
* Promote and ensure safeguarding standards for all children and adults in the setting.
Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience:
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience working in Early Years - Essential
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
* Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential
