Are you a Legal PA who is looking to take that next in their career? Have you previously worked in Wills & Estates and have a passion for delivering excellent support to executives?
Our client, a well known Legal 500 Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Private Clients & Wills and Estates team in their central London office.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal position within a thriving practice. You will work with multinational corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs, offering strategic legal advice on a wide range of business immigration matters. You will also play an integral role in appeals and complex casework, managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactive diary and travel management for the fee earners, clients and third parties
* Managing administration duties and ensuring file management systems are up to date
* Ensuring client compliance checks are completed in line with AML and risk management guidelines
* Preparing case documents for court, bundling and regularly liaising with the relevant third parties such as external counsel and courts
* Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for on going events and requirements
Requirements
* Previous experience of at least 2 years supporting in a busy Private Clients or Wills & Estates practice
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt these to different stakeholders
* An organised, detail oriented approach to work and a desire to grow & improve
* Availability to work full time with access to hybrid working
