We are a trusted property maintenance contractor serving prime central London, known for delivering top-quality service across a range of property needs. Were seeking a skilledMulti-Traderwith a focus onpainting, plumbing, and tilingto join our team on a self-employed basis. This full-time role is ideal for a versatile professional excited to work in some of Londons most sought-after locations.
About The Role
In this role, youll take on a variety of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks according to your expertise, including but not limited to:
Painting and Decorating
Bathroom & Kitchen Installations
Sash Window Repairs and Balancing
General Carpentry and Joinery
Basic Plumbing & Electrical Repairs
Flooring and Glazing
Door & Fire Door Installations
Fence & Gutter Repairs and Installations
While a broad skill set is valuable, we dont expect you to cover everythingyour core skills and specialties will be matched with assignments that suit you best.
What Youll Bring
Core Skills: Proficiency inpainting, tiling, carpentry, and plastering, with a foundational knowledge ofplumbing(changing taps/toilets) andelectrical work(changing sockets/switches).
Professionalism: A neat, methodical approach and pride in your work.
Problem-Solving Ability: Initiative to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
