We are seeking an experienced Mechanical/Plumbing Snagging Supervisor or Foreman to join our team on a high-spec commercial office project in the Maidenhead area.
Responsibilities:
•Oversee and coordinate snagging works across mechanical and plumbing packages
•Record and photograph all snagging items clearly for tracking and reporting
•Maintain accurate snagging logs and update digital snagging platforms where required
•Manage on-site operatives and subcontractors to ensure timely completion
•Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations meet project standards
•Liaise with site management, project managers, and client representatives
•Ensure full compliance with health & safety procedures
•Produce daily/weekly progress reports
Requirements:
•Valid Skill Card (CSCS or equivalent)
•SSSTS certification
•Strong background in mechanical and plumbing snagging on commercial projects
•Proficient in using digital tools for snagging and photo documentation
•Ability to read drawings and work independently
•Excellent communication and organisational skills
