Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Leeds. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships with new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, overseeing project timelines, and providing consultative services to identify the best print finishes for clients. The role will also involve meeting with clients, providing quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
Qualifications
* Account management and client relationship-building skills
* Experience in the print finishing or print industry desirable but not essential.
* Consultative selling and customer service skills
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work on-site in Leeds
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
