The role
Join our high-performing team! This position is ideal for a business development associate/executive seeking to advance to an assistant manager/senior executive role, with a strong emphasis on content creation rather than direct sales.
As a Senior Associate within our International Business Support Function (IBSF) team, you will:
* Support international growth by enabling our member firms to succeed globally
* Create impactful, pursuit-ready content that drives success
* Work across the entire pursuit process, from pre-pitch to client engagement tools
* Lead by sharing innovative best practices
* Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and regions
* Manage multiple projects efficiently and measure meaningful results
* Promote IBSF’s mission to improve client experiences and support global engagement leaders
* Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives planned for the year
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience in professional services, financial services, or B2B environments (preferred)
* Ability to craft engaging content that addresses client needs
* Proven collaboration skills with senior stakeholders
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
* Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Experience with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Outlook)
* Knowledge of Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop)
* Additional language skills are a plus
