Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for coordination and customer service? We’re hiring an Account Co-ordinator to support a prestigious contract within a university environment, working with Atlas Workplace Services.

About the Role
As an Account Co-ordinator, you’ll be central to the smooth delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance services. You’ll manage workflows, liaise with sub-contractors and internal teams, and ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate sub-contractor activities, ensuring SLA compliance and timely delivery.
* Maintain accurate records using the Maximo CAFM system.
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage maintenance schedules.
* Raise and manage purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
* Support statutory compliance and escalate risks where necessary.
* Assist the Senior Account Co-ordinator and wider admin team as needed.
About You
What We’re Looking For
* GCSEs in Maths & English (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a similar customer service or coordination role.
* Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Maximo CAFM.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset.
Desirable
* Experience in a university or facilities management environment.
* Knowledge of budget control processes.
* Willingness to undertake further training (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely).
