Position Description
At CGI, you will turn emerging ideas into impactful, real‑world solutions that shape how organisations innovate and operate. As a Full Stack Developer within our IP & Innovation team, you will design and deliver end‑to‑end products that move from concept to client deployment, combining cloud technologies, modern development practices, and AI‑driven capabilities.
This is a hybrid position based out of our central London office.
Your Future Duties & Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions that combine modern cloud platforms, APIs, and custom components, integrating AI capabilities to enhance functionality and user outcomes.
* Rapidly prototype, iterate, and refine MVPs in collaboration with stakeholders and clients, ensuring a smooth transition from innovation to scalable delivery.
* Shape how emerging technologies are applied using modern development tools and AI‑assisted workflows to accelerate delivery.
* Contribute to pre‑sales activities, support demonstrations, and provide technical input to ensure solutions are robust, well‑documented, and ready for broader development.
* Optimize and scale solutions for performance, reliability, and future growth.
* Document and transition solutions for ongoing development and support.
Required Qualifications
* Strong full‑stack development experience across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.
* Proven experience building full‑stack applications, including frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud.
* Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular).
* Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure (AWS or multi‑cloud beneficial).
* Understanding of cloud‑native services, APIs, and scalable architectures.
* Exposure to AI technologies (RAG, LLM APIs, computer vision, predictive models).
* Experience with modern development tools (GitHub, CI/CD, Jira).
* Ability to take solutions from idea through to MVP and deployment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
