Description
LSH Auto is seeking an experienced Aftersales Executive to join our Mercedes-Benz dealership team. This role is integral to delivering exceptional post-sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle ownership experience. You will be the primary point of contact for aftersales enquiries, managing service appointments, and working closely with our technical teams to provide timely and efficient solutions.
Working hours are 45 per week with a competitive salary of £30,387 plus OTE bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all aftersales customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Efficiently schedule service appointments and manage customer follow-ups.
* Collaborate with service and parts departments to streamline service delivery.
* Provide customers with updates and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
* Promote aftersales products and services to increase customer engagement.
* Contribute to achieving aftersales performance targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience as an Aftersales Executive or in a similar customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* A customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality service.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* A valid driver's licence is essential.
