Are you ready for an exciting step in your Finance career? Our client, a dynamic and thriving business in Redditch, is seeking a talented Management Accountant. In this pivotal role, youll assist in managing financial operations for a fast-growing group, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization. This role offers hybrid flexibility, with 2 days per week working from home.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare and analyze monthly reports.
2. Reconcile intercompany accounts.
3. Deliver accurate monthly Management Accounts.
4. Support budgeting, cashflow analysis, and forecasting activities.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
5. Qualified or Part Qualified accountant (, ACA, ACCA, CIMA). (QBE could be considered)
6. Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
7. Experience with NetSuite is advantageous, but certainly not a dealbreaker.
