Teaching Assistant Cirencester Full Time | Part Time | Term Time A friendly primary school in the Cirencester area is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team. This Teaching Assistant role involves working closely with pupils who need additional support to access learning and feel confident in the classroom. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll provide a mix of 1:1 and small group support, helping children with a range of needs including SEND, SEMH, autism and ADHD. The Teaching Assistant will play a key role in supporting behaviour, building confidence, and keeping pupils engaged throughout the school day. You’ll be working alongside experienced teachers and SEN staff, following tailored support strategies and helping to maintain a positive and structured primary classroom environment.
