Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a sales team to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
* Drive sales proactivity across both new business and existing accounts.
* Develop and execute market-led sales strategies aligned with business goals.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
* Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ride-alongs to support team development.
* Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar team leadership role within B2B.
* Strong people management and coaching capabilities.
* Highly motivated and organised, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
* Strong communicator and team player, comfortable collaborating across departments.
* Commercially focused, with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
* Experience in hybrid sales environments or knowledge of timber/panels/decorative surfaces sectors.
