Project Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to deliver a CAT A fit-out project within a mixed-use building in West London.
Project Value (Electrical): Approx. £2m
Scope:
LV Distribution and LV Switch Room
Infrastructure-heavy phase initially
Lighting installation
Basement through to upper levels
Current Phase: Phase 1 works underway
This is a long-term contract offering strong continuity through the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the electrical package from pre-construction through to handover
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme delivery
Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
Oversee budgets, forecasts, variations, and cost control
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Coordinate with other trades and the wider project team
Drive quality assurance, commissioning, and final handover
Proactively identify and resolve technical and commercial risks
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience delivering electrical projects as a Project Manager (fit-out or commercial projects preferred)
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of commercial management, budgets, and financial reporting
Proactive, hands-on approach with high levels of ownership and accountability
Strong leadership skills with a clear focus on delivery and standards
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Relevant electrical qualifications / SMSTS preferred
