Initially, you will act as a Cloud Support Engineer, serving as the first point of contact for technical issues within their cloud business. However, unlike standard support roles, your daily duties are deeply embedded in the DevOps lifecycle. Core Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Support: Providing helpdesk assistance for development teams, specifically on their cloud platforms.
