About Framework
Framework is a registered charity delivering housing support, health, and employment services to people with a diverse range of needs. We assist rough sleepers and those who need help to keep their home, support excluded youngsters as they transition into adulthood, and aid people returning to or starting work. We provide access to treatment for mental health issues and substance use, and we coordinate services for homeless people with complex needs.
Role Overview
Assistant Director of Human Resources – Permanent, 37 hours per week, £62,000 per annum (plus performance‐related increase), full‑time.
Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and innovative Head of Human Resources to join our organisational leadership group and lead us on our journey of transformation for the workforce. Steering the HR function and reporting directly to the Director of Finance, Governance and Risk, you will forge strong, professional and credible relationships with senior leaders and skilled HR professionals to create a culture of high performance, engagement, wellbeing and inclusivity.
CIPD qualified, you will bring sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice and will be flexible and innovative in solving organisational challenges. You will lead a team that ensures legal and ethical compliance for a broad suite of HR services including payroll, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and organisational development.
