The Opportunity
An established, mission-led organisation in the healthcare and insurance sector is seeking a Propositions Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of compelling go-to-market propositions. This is a key role within a collaborative marketing function, supporting business growth and customer engagement across a diverse product portfolio.
Working at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial teams, you'll help shape messaging, targeting, and strategy to ensure propositions resonate with customers and partners alike.
The Role
* Develop clear, engaging proposition narratives aligned to audience needs, product strategy, and commercial goals.
* Define and maintain a consistent go-to-market blueprint for internal teams to adopt.
* Collaborate with product, sales, pricing, and customer service teams to inform and refine propositions.
* Use customer insight, data, and performance metrics to continually optimise approach.
* Lead internal education around proposition messaging and alignment across channels.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in proposition development or marketing roles, ideally within the healthcare insurance or health-related sectors.
* A strong grasp of B2C and intermediary-led marketing, with experience using storytelling and personas to shape messaging.
* Proven success in launching or repositioning products or services with measurable outcomes.
* Comfortable working with CRM, campaign performance data, and customer insight tools.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and working in agile environments.
