Job Purpose
Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of marketing campaigns and targeted projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy, objectives, and commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update company websites, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and pricing alignment, while collaborating with the web developer for seamless updates.
* Plan, create, and execute targeted and general e‑marketing campaigns, maintaining a GDPR‑compliant contact database and a structured campaign calendar, including the internal company newsletter.
* Optimise and monitor AdWords campaigns, analysing performance against company and product strategies, and providing actionable reports to senior management.
* Develop and maintain a professional, engaging social media presence across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility.
* Conduct competitor analysis and maintain a pricing database, using insights to inform product strategy and digital advertising campaigns.
* Conduct market research to support new product development, identifying suppliers, analysing competitive landscapes, and assessing sales and profit potential.
* Coordinate company participation in trade shows and events, generating leads and promoting the company brand.
* Provide strategic input into marketing initiatives to enhance client engagement and overall campaign effectiveness.
* Manage the customer review process to ensure timely feedback, fostering improved client satisfaction and retention.
* Lead and manage special projects as required, including:
o Executing projects to achieve defined goals and deliverables.
o Identifying project tasks and determining necessary resources.
o Creating comprehensive project plans.
o Scheduling and coordinating project timelines.
o Monitoring deliverables using appropriate tracking tools.
o Ensuring quality standards are met.
o Continuously tracking and reporting project progress to all stakeholders.
o Preparing reports highlighting project status, challenges, and proposed solutions.
o Evaluating projects and analysing outcomes.
* Design and develop internal and external sales materials, collaborating with the design team to ensure accuracy and high quality.
* Maintain ISO 9001 certification by keeping systems and procedures current, monitoring compliance, producing regular reports, conducting meetings with directors, and coordinating certification renewals as needed.
* Maintain and improve internal systems to ensure operational efficiency.
* Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines across multiple projects and campaigns.
* Strong organisational and planning abilities, including task tracking, scheduling, and resource coordination.
* Proactive problem‑solving skills to address delays or challenges during projects.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
