Team Support Coordinator We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Support Co-ordinator to join us at our Coed Poeth office in Wrexham. What you’ll be doing: You will have responsibility for supporting the Registered Manager of the service with the overall running of the office Specific duties in regard to payroll, recruitment, and training. The induction of staff with the opportunity for further development and progression within the organisation. In addition, you will support the Team Leaders with the day-to-day management of Support Workers Carrying out supervisions, competency reviews, team meetings and ensuring that training needs are understood and maintained, alongside practice observations Be able to travel between services in Wrexham, Denbigh, and Colwyn Bay areas Who you are: Have or happy to work towards NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care Have suitable experience within a social care setting. You will be confident in managing data in detail and be both reliable and flexible in order to meet the needs of the people we support. As a Team Support Coordinator, you will also be part of an on-call system. Shifts can be day, evening, and the occasional sleepover support if required.
