*IMMEDIATE START* We are seeking an Assembly Operative to join our client's expanding team in Bourne. Ongoing work that may lead to a possible permanent position. Working Monday -Friday 0630 starts. Flexible working time with lots of overtime available.

Hourly pay rates:
* £13.00 per hour upto 40 hours
* £16.25 per hour 41-45 hours
* £19.50 per hour 46-55 hours
* £26.00 per hour after 55 hours
Shifts:
Monday to Friday, 06:30 - Finish
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble metal cases and fit insulation
* Use hand tools including drills, riveters, snips, jigsaws.
* Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
Requirements:
* Previous assembly or engineering experience
* Ability to use a range of power tools
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
