Our client, a prominent and highly respected international financial services provider, is looking to bolster its local operations with a motivated Trainee Finance Administrator.

For an aspiring finance professional, this role offers a rare entry point into a prestigious global organization where the focus is on long-term career development and exposure to complex financial ecosystems. The Role: Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Corporate Solutions finance team, the successful candidate will provide essential support across a variety of accounting and administrative functions. You will be tasked with:
•Bookkeeping & Reconciliations: Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all accounts are reconciled efficiently.
•Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of periodic reports and financial documentation.
•Data Management: Utilizing Microsoft Excel and bespoke internal systems to manage large datasets with high attention to detail.
•Process Management: Following strict internal controls and workflows to ensure "right first time" delivery.
•Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating clearly and professionally with internal colleagues and external partners.

About You
This position is ideally suited to an early-career professional or a recent school leaver/graduate who is naturally confident with numbers and looking to build a career in finance. To be successful, you should demonstrate:
•A Precision Mindset: A natural inclination toward accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
•Technical Aptitude: Strong foundational skills in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly.
•Reliability & Integrity: Given the sensitive nature of the work, you must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
•Proactive Communication: You are someone who isn't afraid to ask questions to deepen your understanding and ensure task accuracy.
•Track Record of Responsibility: Evidence of commitment and accountability, whether through previous work experience, academic achievements, or extracurricular roles.
