What You'll Be Doing
* Serve as the first point of contact for incoming tickets and resolve as many as possible at first touch (typically ~20 per day).
* Introduce automation where valuable—workflow improvements, catalogue items, templates, or Power Automate.
* Ensure no ticket is left unattended or drifts without an update.
* Manage day‑to‑day essentials: password resets, access permissions, distribution lists, starters and leavers, hardware requests, etc.
* Triage application issues (e.g., case management or specialist business systems) and escalate to the apps team where appropriate.
* Spot patterns in recurring issues and convert them into practical, user‑friendly knowledge‑base content.
* Support wider technology rollouts and help colleagues adopt new cloud tools and Microsoft 365 features.
* Communicate with clarity, patience, and empathy.

What We're Looking For
* Background in IT support, service desk operations, or another user‑facing technical role.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11.
* A calm, friendly, service‑led approach to resolving issues.
* Curiosity and analytical mindset—want to understand why something happens, not just fix it once.
Location
