What you'll be doing... Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times.
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Provide information about menu items and promotions, and suggest options to enhance the guest experience.
