We’re seeking a highly motivated, detail‑driven Reporting Analyst who is proactive, adaptable, and resilient. In this role, you’ll take ownership of producing accurate, insightful reporting and analysis that supports the delivery and ongoing management of our colleague reward schemes for approximately 3,000 employees.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing the delivery, implementation, and ongoing performance of colleague reward schemes across our Supply Chain and Service Operations functions, covering approximately 3,000 colleagues.
* Reviewing and supporting the annual design, modelling, and rollout of bespoke reward schemes to meet evolving business needs.
* Continuously assessing scheme effectiveness to ensure they meet agreed engagement and financial objectives, including leading the design and implementation of any in‑year short‑term incentives.
* Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure all reward schemes remain relevant, fair, and fit for purpose.
* Overseeing the full end‑to‑end reward cycle, from regular leadership and financial reporting through to reconciliation, communication, and accurate calculation of reward payments.
You will need:
* Strong ability to interpret, analyse, and draw insights from complex and technically detailed information.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data modelling, and analysis.
* Skilled in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
* Excellent problem‑solving capabilities, with the confidence to turn concepts and questions into meaningful, actionable metrics.
* Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels across the business.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and confidently.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand the wider business impact of reward decisions.
It would be great if you had:
* Experience using and MS Azure for data modelling, visualisation, and reporting.
* Experience working with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and/or Databricks.
