Global Opportunity to Drive MBA Enrollment Execution Across Regions
We’re looking for a highly organized, data-focused, and commercially driven Associate Head of MBA Enrollment to support the execution of Hult’s global MBA enrollment strategy.
Reporting to the Global Head of MBA Enrollment, you’ll take ownership of go-to-market execution across a portfolio of regions, managing a select group of Product Heads. You will track what’s working, what’s underperforming, and why — and you’ll be the engine that keeps the pipeline moving. This is a role for someone who thrives on pressure, acts fast on data, and wants to have real impact on the numbers every single week.
Your mission: help teams hit their numbers, keep the pipeline moving, and celebrate standout talent that elevates our MBA class profile.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Regional Support
1. Directly manage a small portfolio of regional MBA Product Heads, supporting their execution and performance.
2. Provide day-to-day coaching, tracking, and practical guidance — ensuring consistent pipeline progression and KPI delivery.
3. Act as a connector across regions, sharing best practices and helping remove operational blockers.
2. Sales Execution & KPI Ownership
4. Monitor core MBA sales KPIs (e.g., speed-to-lead, ENQ-to-app conversion, confirmed growth) across regions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accountability.
5. Support the roll-out of sales campaigns and outreach initiatives across assigned markets.
6. Help drive adoption of CRM tools, WhatsApp workflows, AI-based outreach, and new tech initiatives.
3. Profile Awareness & Motivation
7. Encourage teams to stay close to class composition by regularly highlighting standout profiles and celebrating exceptional confirmations.
8. Help promote profile awareness across regions through updates, shoutouts, and informal recognition of top-tier candidate wins.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
9. Work closely with Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on lead flow, messaging, and outreach cadence.
10. Assist with tracking and reporting regional forecasts, gaps, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
11. Act as a go-between for assigned regions and global leadership — bringing local insights to the table while cascading strategic direction.
What You’ll Bring
12. Experience in international student recruitment, commercial sales, or enrollment operations.
13. Strong grip on sales performance metrics and CRM/sales automation platforms.
14. Track record of leading or supporting small teams — formal or informal people management experience is a plus.
15. Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and a bias for action.
16. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across regions and time zones.
17. Fluent English required; additional languages welcome.
18. Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus but not essential.
