The Executive Support Team provide efficient, professional services to members of the Executive. These roles will support several members of the University’s Executive Team.
Reporting to the Head of the Vice Chancellor’s Office and Executive Support, the successful individual will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proactive in aiding the achievement of the University’s Strategy goals through supporting the Executive Team Member.
You will thrive in a busy and demanding environment that requires the ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise your workload appropriately, working closely with the Executive Team Member to deliver their portfolio.
You will have strong administrative and organisational skills, ideally gained within a Higher Education environment and through supporting senior management level staff. You will have basic project management skills, as well as the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues appropriately. Being able to distinguish between using initiative and seeking guidance is also a key attribute for this role.
You will be an active member in the Executive Support team – supporting each other, contributing to University activities such as Graduation events and, meeting and greeting stakeholders and visitors to the University Executive Team.
