?? Mobile Repair Technician - Air Conditioning / HVAC
Location: Leicester | £28,800-£42,000 DOE ??
We're looking for an experienced Mobile Repair Technician to join a busy retail contract in Leicester. If you're skilled in HVAC maintenance and want to be part of a team that values sustainability, innovation, and professional development-this could be the role for you.
?? What You'll Be Doing:
* Carrying out HVAC and building maintenance, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive repairs.
* Resolving hot/cold issues via BMS adjustments.
* Performing mechanical maintenance (belts, motors, valves).
* Minor installation works and stakeholder engagement for diagnostics.
? What You'll Need:
* NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
* F-GAS 2079 CAT1 certification.
* Proven building maintenance experience.
* Comfortable working at height and using MEWPs.
* Confident using CAFM systems via iPad.

* Salary: £28,800-£43,200 per year (depending on experience).
* Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday).
