Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities / Complex Care Location: Near New Romney, Kent Salary: £40,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday I am seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a small residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs, located near New Romney in Kent. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations. You will lead and support a dedicated staff team to deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and a high quality of life for all residents.
