What the role involves
* Providing personal care, social support, and creating impactful and heart‑warming memories for residents.
* Ensuring residents' needs are met using our electronic care platform “Nourish.”
* Working within a committed team.
* Displaying caring values in all aspects of practice.
* Performing ad‑hoc duties to support service delivery.
What makes a successful candidate
* Enthusiastic about providing care.
* Demonstrates compassion and strong values.
* Experience in caregiving is an advantage but not required; training is provided.
* Works well as part of a team and independently with creativity and passion.
* Strong communication skills.
* Can follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
* Engages well with residents to support their interests and positive experiences.
What we offer
* Day shifts; full or part‑time.
* Hourly rate: £12.71.
* Flexible hours – 22, 33, or 44 hours per week, including weekends (bank options available).
* Hours: 7am‑7pm.
* 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata for part‑time).
