We are seeking a Sales Executive/Account Manager to join and work with our existing team to provide excellent service to our existing customers, and introduce the opportunity to new customers.
Responsibilities:
* Communicating regularly with existing customers to ensure full satisfaction, whilst seeking opportunities to up-sell additional services that can assist their business
* Communicating with new customers before and after a sale
* Preparing and presenting professional proposals for customers in-line with their needs and objectives
* Handling orders and working with the provisioning team to ensure tasks are fulfilled
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns
* Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts
* Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services
* Interpreting service audit results to propose suitable solutions to prospective customers
