Job Description
What you’ll do…
* Take full responsibility for the commercial success and overall performance of the property, including P&L, budgets, planning, and forecasting (and re-forecasting).
* Lead by example in creating a brilliant experience for our guests that exceeds expectations and builds a great reputation for our properties.
* Achieve and maintain high levels of customer service for both external and internal customers, forging long-term relationships with suppliers and contractors.
* Ensure our brand standards are properly implemented and think creatively about grounding the brand in the local market.
* Create an environment where our team feels supported, has opportunities to grow, and enjoys their work.
* Manage relationships with central teams and owners effectively.
