Based in Garforth, East Leeds, you will already have some experience working as a Town Planner, in either a private or public sector setting - and be suitably qualified from an academic perspective. About the role: The position will involve managing planning project work in-house, as part of the team. This will involve initial site appraisals and evaluation; preparation of written reports and statements and submission of all planning application documentation. It will also involve meeting and negotiating with Planning Officer’s and any/all parties involved in the planning application processes and being involved in Planning Committee and Appeal situations, as required.
