Senior Project Manager – Salary circa £70,000
12 months Fixed-term contract
Claims re-engineering launched in early 2022 and is an ambitious transformation programme aimed at closing the gap to market-leading performance. It involves changes across operations, process, IT, data, and analytics, spanning all lines of business.
We seek a senior project manager who goes beyond basic planning and management. Someone energetic and enthusiastic, capable of being a key team member. You will be responsible for driving success throughout the full lifecycle of the programme, coordinating various end-to-end deliveries, while monitoring project costs and outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to join a successful team amidst exciting and challenging change, develop in-depth knowledge of the claims system, and generate real value.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
* Professional accreditation (e.g., Prince 2, APM PQ) is desirable
* Ability to build effective relationships across functions and with senior colleagues, with excellent communication skills for clear messaging
* Passion for delivering change and achieving successful outcomes, with strong influencing skills
* Willingness to coach others, work under pressure, own challenges, and maintain simplicity
* Demonstrates energy and pace, motivating the delivery team and stakeholders
