We are currently working with a number of established contractors and housing providers who are looking to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader.
This is an excellent opportunity to join well-established maintenance teams delivering essential repairs within residential properties.
Duties will include:
* Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, and general joinery
* Kitchen repairs and installations (including basic 1st & 2nd fix work)
* Diagnosing faults and completingfirst-time fix repairs where possible
* Undertaking additional multi-trade works such as basic plumbing, patch plastering and decorating
* Responsive maintenance and repairs within occupied and void properties
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
* Managing workload effectively and updating jobs via mobile systems
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi Trader
* Essential: Experience within Social Housing, MOD or similar residential environments
* Strong carpentry skills as your core trade, with additional trade knowledge
* Relevant qualifications desirable (NVQ/City & Guilds)
* Full UK driving licence
