Job Description
1. Client Acquisition:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach.
o Develop and present tailored proposals to prospective clients to meet their marketing and advertising needs.
o Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the agency's offerings are clearly communicated.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
o Collaborate with the account management team to deliver the best client service and results.
3. Market Research & Strategy:
o Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors in the advertising industry.
o Create and implement strategies to differentiate the agency's services in the market.
o Provide insights to senior management on market trends and potential areas of growth.
4. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the creative, media, and strategy teams to align business development initiatives with the agency's capabilities.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and strategies.
5. Sales Reporting:
o Track, report, and analyze sales data, lead generation metrics, and business development performance.
o Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
