Overview
Your Role As a Post Person with Driving, you\'ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, ensuring deliveries are made come rain or shine. You\'ll navigate your delivery routes, provide exceptional service, and ensure every parcel and letter reaches its destination safely. Important to Know: While some roles involve driving, the majority of the work is on foot, delivering letters and parcels directly within the community. Responsibilities
* Deliver letters and parcels to customers in the community, on foot and/or by vehicle as required.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle items with care to ensure safe delivery.
* Follow Royal Mail procedures and maintain confidentiality and security of mail.
* Adapt to varying shifts and routes to meet operational needs.
Requirements
* Driving Licence: Full, manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
* Physical Fitness: Be prepared to walk up to 20,000 steps a day and carry a bag weighing up to 16 kg.
* Flexibility: Shifts can vary; ability to adapt at short notice.
