In this role, you will carry out routine maintenance on injection moulding machinery while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate injection moulding machines
* Monitor machine parameters to ensure quality production
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
* Improve machine cycle time
* Continuous improvement activities
* Perform routine maintenance on the machines
* Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are followed
* Work with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
