Title: Claims MI Analyst

We are seeking a Claims MI Analyst to join a growing and fast-paced claims operation. Sitting at the centre of the team, you will play a key role in improving efficiency, strengthening client service and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the liaison between claims handlers and management teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow
* Drive efficiency across the claims function by coordinating incoming and active claims
* Support client relationships, prepare for service reviews, and help maintain a high standard of service delivery
* Produce claims statistics, performance MI, and reports for both internal use and clients
* Maintain data accuracy, document procedures, and contribute to continuous process improvements
* Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal office protocols
* Assist in authorising claim payments in accordance with agreed processes
* Provide general administrative support to the team as required
* Work closely with Claims Managers to support service delivery, MI reporting and data insights
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in motor claims handling within a legal, insurance, or claims management environment
* Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident working with claims data, reporting, and MI
* Proactive, pragmatic, and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
