6 months Paid Internship Content Executive (Video First) | Videographer | Marketing
Location: Hanley, Stoke on Trent - in office
We’re looking for a creative intern who lives and breathes digital storytelling. While some people "make content," you craft narratives that stop the scroll.
As our Content Executive, your primary playground is video. You’ll be the one dreaming up the concept, writing the hook, hitting record, and stitching it all together into a masterpiece. When you aren't behind the lens or in the edit suite, you’ll be flexing your creative muscles across photography, blogs, and social media management to keep the Holdcroft brand moving.
Your Mission: Create. Capture. Connect.
You will lead the end-to-end production of our digital presence, ensuring our dealerships stand out in a crowded feed.
* Video Mastery: Lead the production of high-energy TikToks and Reels, polished brand stories, and educational YouTube content.
* Creative Ideation: Turn briefs into viral-ready concepts. You stay ahead of trends (without blindly following them) to keep us relevant.
* Production & Editing: Handle the "boots on the ground" filming and the "magic in the chair" editing—including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
* Multi-Channel Support: Capture high-quality photography, design social stills, and write engaging blog posts that sound human, not corporate.
* Social Distribution: Schedule and post content across our social ecosystem, engaging with our community and monitoring performance.
What You Bring to the Table
* Technical Savvy: You’re a pro with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve, and you know your way around a camera kit.
* Social Fluency: You understand why a video works on LinkedIn vs. why it fails on TikTok. You know the specs, the trends, and the algorithms.
* The "Writer’s Touch": You can write a punchy caption or a 600-word blog post that people actually want to read.
* Agility: You’re comfortable jumping from a high-production shoot in the morning to writing a quick newsletter in the afternoon.
* Licence: A Full UK driving licence is required to travel between our various sites and capture the action where it happens.
