Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on
Dynamics 365 Administrator
to support and optimise our Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) environment. This role is essential to enhancing our internal capabilities and reducing reliance on third-party support as we take full ownership of our digital platforms.
You'll play a key role across the full project lifecycle – from configuration and release cycles to support and data management – with opportunities to influence system improvements, lead enhancements, and grow your technical skills within a supportive and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and configure Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), including modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Finance
* Customise and maintain the system using low/no-code tools (e.g. Power Pages, Power Automate)
* Manage integrations with tools such as CreditSafe and DocuSign via custom-built APIs
* Monitor system performance, handle data imports/exports, and conduct regular data audits
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle including release management and testing
* Provide technical support to users and assist in training and troubleshooting
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and enhancements
* Stay up to date with new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features
* Contribute to building in-house capability and reducing reliance on external partners

Essential Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM administration and configuration experience
* Strong experience with Power Automate; familiarity with Power Pages and Power BI
* Solid understanding of data management best practices – imports, exports, audits
* Working knowledge of JavaScript and Liquid for customisation
* Experience with Agile project environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, self-sufficient, and proactive mindset
Desirable:
* Microsoft Certifications: MB-230, MB-280, MB-910 (training can be provided)
* Experience with customer-facing portals and external integrations
* Exposure to full release cycles and project implementation phases
Eligibility Requirements:
* Must be a
British Citizen
or hold
Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
* Able to work 3 days per week onsite in Birmingham (2 days remote)
