Reporting into an experienced P&C Lead, this is a varied role within a business known for its supportive culture, strong values and commitment to developing its people. What you’ll be doing as People & Culture Advisor: Onboarding & Offboarding – Deliver a seamless employee experience, working closely with Talent Acquisition and P&C Administration. Probation & Integration – Ensure new joiners settle in successfully and support managers with any concerns. HR Data & Systems – Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee documentation, supporting smooth payroll processing. Policy & Compliance – Support the implementation of people policies in line with legislation. Employee Relations – Be the first point of contact for ER queries, advising on absence, grievance, disciplinary, performance and capability. Flexible Working & Status Changes – Manage requests and ensure processes are followed effectively. Training & Development – Assess training needs and work with the wider group talent team on firmwide L&D. Trainees & Apprentices – Support recruitment, assessment centres, seat planning and review processes. Problem-Solving – Spot trends early around performance, attendance and engagement, working with the P&C Lead to address them proactively. Project Work – Contribute to wider People & Culture initiatives and cross-group projects. Engagement & Culture – Champion wellbeing, diversity, inclusion and positive workplace culture.
