Pay: £90–£100 per day

Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across the primary curriculum
* Encourage independence, resilience, and positive behaviour through consistent and compassionate support
* Adapt resources and activities to suit individual learning styles and EHCP targets
* Foster a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
* Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each pupil
Qualifications
* Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred but not essential)
* Be patient, empathetic, and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting learning
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEND, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
* Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
* Be eager to engage in ongoing training, collaborative working, and whole-school life
